Marco has conducted over 50 evaluation assignments
in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
These include Strategic, Policy and Legislation evaluations; Evaluation of Organizations and Networks; and Project and Programme evaluations.
He has served major organizations such as the European Commission (EC, various Directorates General -DG), two EU Agencies, the Council of Europe (CoE), the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the UN Democracy Fund (UNDEF), the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE-ODIHR), the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the European Business Register (EBR) as well as national institutions in Czech Republic and Luxembourg.
The collaboration with such a wide variety of organizations allows him to quickly adapt to different evaluation cultures
and to cross-fertilise his evaluation approaches with lessons learnt from various practices.
